How did the nationalities of the prophets Muhammad, Moses, and Jesus (Arab, Jewish, and Christian) differ, even though their common ancestor was Abraham, peace be upon him?

Being descended from one man does not necessitate agreement among his progeny. Temporal, geographical, environmental, and social distances lead to differences among nations and peoples. Ignorance of religion and deviation from divine revelation and the guidance of the prophets are the primary reasons for disagreement. People were once a single nation, adhering to the religion of monotheism, until they differed. So Allah sent prophets as bearers of glad tidings and as warners. The descendants of Abraham deviated from the religion of their forefathers, so Allah sent Moses, then Jesus, then Muhammad, peace be upon them. Their peoples believed in them. The religion of the prophets is one, but the differences among those who followed them were due to their ignorance of divine revelation and their deviation from Allah's true religion.
