Should the daughter continue reading the Quran at the mosque or return to her studies, knowing that she has failed for four years and is characterized by stubbornness?

A daughter is a trust, and her father will be held accountable for her on the Day of Judgment. He is responsible for disciplining her and guiding her to the truth, based on the Almighty's saying: "O you who have believed, protect yourselves and your families from a Fire whose fuel is people and stones," and the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Each of you is a guardian, and each of you is responsible for his subjects." Neglecting this responsibility has severe consequences, as the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "There is no servant whom Allah entrusts with a flock, and he dies on the day he dies, having been deceitful to his flock, except that Allah forbids Paradise for him." Conversely, whoever raises his daughters well will enter Paradise. If it is possible to combine studying and memorizing the Quran, that is better. But if it is not possible, then religion is more precious than anything.
