Is the initial shock, for which one is rewarded by Allah, considered to be at the time of the painful accident involving the daughter, or upon receiving news of her death, knowing that she was still alive at the moment of screaming and beating the ground?

We ask Allah to grant you solace and reward for the loss of your daughter. You showed patience upon hearing of her death, and we hope you receive full reward for your patience during the initial shock. However, it seems you did not show patience at the very beginning of the incident. If the incident is considered one event, then you did not show patience during the first shock. But if they are considered two separate incidents, then you showed patience in the second but not in the first. And Allah knows best.
