If it is highly probable that the woman will appear before non-mahram men wearing these clothes and perfumes, then it is not permissible to take them to her, as this would be assisting in sin, based on the words of the Almighty: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression." If her husband is unaware, one can get rid of this through permissible stratagems. However, if he is aware, then you must advise him and explain to him the impermissibility of these matters, and the sin he incurs by this action, with wisdom and gentleness, and do not be ashamed to state the truth. If he does not accept the advice, then that does not harm you.
