Is offering gifts of women's items such as perfumes, clothes, and slippers to those who do not adhere to the legitimate hijab considered cooperation in sin and aggression if they use them in front of non-mahram men?

It is not permissible to gift immodest clothing to female relatives who will use it to disobey Allah and tempt people, nor is it permissible to aid a disobedient person in their disobedience. However, there is no harm in gifting clothes that are worn only at home, unless it is highly probable that they will appear before non-mahram men in them, even inside the house. In that case, it is not permissible, because anything that leads to the unlawful is itself unlawful. Scholars have explicitly stated the prohibition of selling grapes to someone who will use them to make wine, as this aids in the unlawful. Allah Almighty says: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression." This can be compensated for by gifting modest clothing or gifts that will not be used in disobedience to Allah.
