The 'awrah of a Muslim woman in front of other women is from the navel to the knee. It is preferable for the clothing to be concealing, loose, and opaque, while maintaining modesty and decorum.

The disobedient husband should be advised to stop neglecting prayers and looking at forbidden things. He should be reminded of the punishment for abandoning prayer and of Allah's saying: "Then, there succeeded them a posterity who neglected prayers and pursued passions. So, they are going to meet ghayy." [Surah Maryam, 59] Lectures and sermons can be used to guide him.

There is no harm in a wife beautifying herself for her husband in her private room, and she should pray to Allah for his guidance.
