Is it permissible for daughters to use their deceased mother's clothes?

A girl is permitted to wear the clothes of her deceased mother, for clothes do not become forbidden upon the death of their owner. However, these clothes are considered the property of all heirs and must be distributed among them according to their legally prescribed shares of inheritance, unless all heirs agree to give them to some of them.
