If a man divorces his wife while in a state of extreme anger or unconscious of what he is saying, his divorce does not take place. Consuming marijuana is forbidden because it is an intoxicant, and it is not permissible to use it for medicinal purposes. As for his abandonment of prayer, if he is following scholars who do not deem the one who abandons prayer to be a disbeliever, then he is not ruled to be a disbeliever and his marriage is not annulled. It is advised to go to the Islamic center, be patient with the husband, help him overcome his crisis, and remind him of prayer.
