Mobile ringtones that contain music are forbidden, and the permissibility of the action depends on the type of ringtones. If they are forbidden, the action is not permissible. If they are permissible, the action is permissible. Tarawih prayer is a confirmed Sunnah and carries immense reward. It is preferable to perform it in congregation, but if that is not possible, praying individually is permissible. There is no blame on one who is unable to perform it for not doing so.
