What is the ruling on feeling drops of urine descend after urinating, which causes urinary retention out of fear of that?

Retaining urine for prayer is disliked (makrooh), but the prayer performed by someone who is holding their urine is valid. As for urine drops, if it is a case of obsessive doubt (waswasah), do not pay attention to it. However, if you are certain of their exit, then follow the guidance provided in the fatwas regarding this matter, and do not pray while holding your urine.
