Is it permissible for a woman to perform Hajj even if her husband does not give her permission?

If Hajj is an obligatory duty for a woman and her husband prevents her, she must perform Hajj even if her husband does not give permission; because he is not allowed to prevent her from performing the obligatory Hajj. However, if the Hajj is supererogatory (nafila), she should not perform it except with her husband's permission. This is because the husband's right is obligatory, so it is not permissible for a woman to neglect it for the sake of a voluntary Hajj.
