Was the wife at fault and sinful for refusing intercourse before performing ghusl to pray, knowing that her husband does not pray and remains in a state of ritual impurity (janabah), which led to their divorce?

Among the mistakes some husbands and fathers make is hastening to approve a marriage without inquiring about the suitor's religiosity and character. He who seeks guidance from God will not be disappointed, and he who consults will not regret. If it is proven that the man is negligent in prayer, delaying it beyond its time without a valid excuse, or remaining in a state of ritual impurity (janabah), then he is in grave danger. If he leads people in prayer while not in a state of purity, the matter is even more serious. If your husband divorced you three times, perhaps God will compensate you with someone better than him, and you are more deserving of custody of your child. It is not permissible for a wife to refuse her husband's bed due to his wickedness, unless there is a legitimate شرعي excuse, such as fearing that the prayer time will expire.
