What is the ruling on nullifying the legitimate condition of a secluded home in the marriage contract?

A husband must provide suitable housing for his wife according to their circumstances, and this is a necessity that does not require a condition. As for anything beyond that, in terms of spaciousness or location, if it was stipulated, then the preponderant opinion is that it is obligatory to fulfill it, and the wife has the right to annul the marriage if the husband breaches the condition.
