What is the ruling of Islamic law on dealing with the problem of bladder muscle weakness and the accumulation of urine in the urethra, where drops of urine descend after urination despite shaking or squeezing, which is medically prohibited, knowing that this is not an obsessive-compulsive disorder, and this has affected the life and studies of the affected person?

If the time for dhikr (remembrance of God) is harmful to you, then do not perform it. If the urine stops by itself for a time sufficient for purification and prayer, then wait, perform ablution, pray, and protect yourself with a cloth. The Malikis deem this impurity, which exits without your choice, excusable. However, if the drops are continuous, then you are considered to have incontinence (salas), so perform ablution after the time for prayer begins and pray with that ablution as much as you wish until the time for prayer expires.
