How can a young man who has been afflicted by watching pornography and engaging in homosexual practices, and who has stopped praying after moving to another city, repent and return to the straight path?

One must hasten to sincere repentance, for the door to repentance is open. What helps in repentance includes: knowing the gravity of the sin, seeking Allah's help, accompanying the righteous, contemplating death and what comes after it, the Resurrection, Paradise, and Hellfire, pondering Allah's names and attributes, striving against one's self, and occupying one's time with beneficial activities.
