How can a young man addicted to the Internet, who committed a grave sin due to his addiction and wishes to repent but finds himself weak in the face of sin, repent and return to the path of Allah despite feeling that there is no repentance for him?

The door of repentance is always open, and Allah is Forgiving and Merciful; He accepts repentance no matter how great the sin. Feeling despair about repentance is a whisper from Satan, so one should overcome the past and turn to Allah with good expectations. Whoever strives in the way of Allah, Allah will surely guide them to His paths and help them to remain steadfast. To remain firm in repentance, seek good companionship, adhere to gatherings of remembrance (dhikr) and knowledge, fill your free time with beneficial activities, and strive in supplication for steadfastness. When using the internet, utilize what is beneficial and avoid what is harmful, and be mindful that Allah is watching you. If you fear falling into the forbidden, do not use the internet alone, or refrain from it temporarily until you can use it without harm, for averting harm takes precedence over gaining benefit.
