What is meant by the Qur’an being uncreated, and does this include our recitation of it despite us being created, and is contemplating this considered overstepping?

The Quran is the uncreated speech of Allah Almighty, and it is an eternal attribute of His. As for the actions of His servants, including their writing, their voices, and their sounds during recitation, these are created. Thus, Allah's speech itself is uncreated, while the vessels that carry this speech (such as hands, ink, paper, tongues, and sounds during recitation) are created. So, the speech is the speech of the Creator, and the voice is the voice of the reciter.
