The issue of marrying off an orphaned girl who has reached nine years of age: According to Ahmad and Ishaq: If she consents to the husband, the marriage is permissible, and she has no option to annul it after reaching puberty. According to Al-Shafi'i and some of the Tabi'un (successors): It is not permissible to marry off an orphaned girl except after she reaches puberty, and she has the option to annul or confirm the marriage upon reaching puberty.

3. The issue of the age at which a girl is treated as a woman regarding shrouding: According to Ahmad in one of the two narrations, and most of his companions: If she reaches nine years of age, she is to be treated as a woman in terms of shrouding.
