Do the mentioned websites that deal with Ruqyah and dream interpretation contain anything that prevents a Muslim from using them?

The website "Luqat al-Marjan" for Ruqyah Shariah is beneficial and useful, as is Ibn Sirin's website for dream interpretation. However, what the latter mentioned about reciting specific surahs or a special supplication to see a good dream has no textual basis in Islamic law and should not be done, as acts of worship are prescriptive.
