Is it permissible to seek Istikhara and dream interpretations through websites specializing in spirituality and predictions?

The Sunnah is for a Muslim to seek Allah's guidance for himself, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to teach the Companions to seek Allah's guidance in all matters. This is done by praying two rak'ahs and then reciting the well-known supplication. As for interpreting dreams, it should be done by someone directly knowledgeable and skilled in interpretation, because the interpretation of a single dream varies depending on the individuals, circumstances, times, and places. One should not ask websites for dream interpretations.
