Is it permissible for someone who has an artificial stoma for waste and emits a foul odor from it, which the congregants can smell, to lead the prayer?

If the industrial stoma is in the lower abdomen or in a similar position, and its owner cannot control the discharge of waste, then he is treated like a person with incontinence. He should perform ablution after the time for prayer begins and pray both obligatory and supererogatory prayers with that ablution. As for his leading the prayer, whoever's prayer is valid for himself, it is valid for others. However, it is more cautious for him to let someone else lead. Regarding offensive odor, anyone who has an offensive odor that harms the worshippers, whether from his mouth, nose, or elsewhere, should not attend the mosque. It is Sunnah to remove him from it to prevent harm.
