Is the wife considered to be in the state of رجعة (return to the marital bond after a revocable divorce) based on the husband's intention to take her back and his informing some of his friends of this, while not explicitly informing the wife or her family of the رجعة?

"Revocation is a right of the husband as long as the wife is revocably divorced and within her waiting period (iddah). It does not require the wife's or her guardian's consent or knowledge. Revocation occurs through explicit verbal statements such as, "I have taken her back" (arjatuha) or "I have revoked her divorce" (raja’tuha). It is not valid through mere intention, except according to the Maliki school regarding internal speech. It is only valid during the waiting period. If revocation occurs during the iddah, the wife returns to the husband's marital bond. If the iddah ends without revocation, she is not permissible for him except through a new marriage contract."
