Are the problems that arose between the spouses, and their subsequent desire for divorce, then regret and reconciliation, and the wife's seeing of a large and terrifying cat on the bed, considered sorcery or the evil eye, or are they a blessing from Allah, especially since they have been sleeping in the same bed for two months without consummating the marriage and having full marital relations, and is it permissible for them to sleep together in this manner?

If a sudden change occurs between a husband and wife without any apparent reason, it is likely due to magic (sihr) or the evil eye. Whoever strongly suspects that they are enchanted should resort to legal Ruqyah (definition) (Islamic exorcism).

After the marriage contract (aqd), the woman becomes a wife, and everything permissible for a husband with his wife becomes permissible for the man with her. There is no sin in the man sleeping with her. Delaying consummation after the contract should be considered if agreed upon or customary, but it is preferable not to prolong the period to avoid obstacles.

It is advisable to expedite the completion of the marriage and facilitate its expenses, as a Muslim does not know what might befall them and cause them to miss out on the benefits of marriage.
