What is the relationship between Allah's creation of the heavens and the earth in six days and His 'istiwa' (ascending/establishing Himself) upon the Throne, and His saying to a thing, "Be," and it is? And is the ovum mentioned in the Holy Quran among the stages of fetal development, similar to the mention of the sperm-drop?

Imam Al-Qurtubi and Ibn Al-Jawzi mentioned that Allah created the heavens and the earth in six days for certain wisdoms, among them: to teach His servants gentleness and deliberation, to display His wisdom to the angels, to show that everything has a term with Him, to establish the firmness in preparing creatures before the existence of Adam, for the miraculousness in power and wisdom, and to demonstrate that creation was not by nature or accident.

As for the creation of man, texts indicate that it is from the water of both man and woman together, based on the Almighty's saying: (So let man observe from what he was created. He was created from a gushing fluid Emerging from between the backbone and the ribs) [Al-Tariq: 5-7], and His saying: (O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female) [Al-Hujurat: 13]. Some contemporaries have indicated that the mixed drop (nutfa amshaj) mentioned in the Quran refers to the fertilized egg, which consists of genetic mixtures and components from both parents.
