If the CDs are prepared for sale and purchase, then zakat is due on them if they reach the نصاب (minimum threshold) and a year has passed over them. The amount of zakat is a quarter of the tenth (2.5%). As for the ruling on copying CDs and trading in them, an answer has already been provided for that, and there is no specific price percentage. If it is permissible to copy the CD, then you may sell it for whatever price you wish; otherwise, it is not permissible to sell it.
