What is the authenticity of the Hadith: "If the man's water (sperm) predominates over the woman's water (egg), the child will be male; and if the woman's water predominates over the man's water, the child will be female," and what does it mean if it is authentic?

The hadith is authentic, narrated by Muslim and others. Its purport is that the man's fluid is white and the woman's fluid is yellow. If the man's fluid overrides the woman's fluid, the offspring will be male, by Allah's permission. And if the woman's fluid overrides the man's fluid, the offspring will be female, by Allah's permission.
