There is no harm for a woman in using natural means, such as medications, injections, or physical exercises, to adorn herself for her husband and the like, provided that no harm results from them and that they contain ingredients permissible by Islamic law. These injections are a type of treatment, and the general rule regarding medical treatment is permissibility, unless there is a reason for prohibition, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Seek medical treatment, for Allah Almighty has not created a disease without creating a cure for it, except for one disease: old age." As for the narration attributed to 'Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), its chain of transmission has not been authenticated.
