Is it permissible to listen to innovative reciters due to admiration for their recitation?

It is permissible to listen to a reciter who recites the Quran in the correct manner, whether he is from Ahl al-Sunnah (Sunnis) or from Ahl al-Bid'ah (innovators), but it is more preferable to listen to Ahl al-Sunnah. However, if the reciter recites the Quran using innovated musical مقامات (melodic modes), then it is not appropriate to listen to him. It should be noted that the series "Prophet Joseph" is prohibited due to its embodiment of prophets and angels, and because it contains historical inaccuracies.
