Is a person considered sinful if they prefer listening to certain reciters of the Holy Quran (such as Saudi reciters) over others (such as Egyptian reciters)?

The listener of the Qur'an should focus on contemplating it and understanding its commands and prohibitions to benefit from it, not just on the reciter's voice. The listener does not sin if he prefers the recitation of some reciters over others; rather, it is permissible for him to choose a specific reciter or more to listen to.
