What is the ruling on listening to the Quran when one is able to recite it, and is a Muslim sinful for doing so?

The Muslim is commanded to recite the Qur'an and to listen to it, due to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, saying: "Whoever recites a letter from the Book of Allah will have a good deed, and a good deed is multiplied by ten," and due to Allah Almighty's saying: "And when the Qur'an is recited, then listen to it and pay attention that you may receive mercy." The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, listened to Ibn Mas'ud and Abu Musa al-Ash'ari. Therefore, the questioner is rewarded for listening to the recitation of the Qur'an, but one should not completely abandon reciting it.
