What is the solution for me to reclaim my right from someone who wronged me, knowing that if I hit him, he will seek the help of people or the police against me, and I do not want to abandon my right?

Our advice is that you pardon whoever wronged you, seeking the pleasure of Allah. Forgiving one who has done wrong is a noble characteristic that increases the one who possesses it in honor and dignity, and it is a path to attaining Allah's pardon and forgiveness. However, if pardoning leads to corruption, such as an increase in injustice, then justice is better. As for a slap or similar acts that do not remove the function of a limb, there is no qisas (retaliatory punishment) for them according to the majority of scholars, but rather ta'zir (discretionary punishment). Qisas and ta'zir are entrusted to the ruler, not to individuals. If you wish to seek retribution, then refer the matter to the judiciary.
