Are the Hadiths of رؤية (seeing Allah) المتواترة (mass-transmitted) or آحاد (solitary)? And is it permissible to interpret them as referring to the meaning of الضروري العلم (necessary knowledge), in refutation of those who deny رؤية?

The hadiths about seeing Allah have reached the level of continuous transmission (tawatur) and are supported by Quranic evidence. The Sunnis have unanimously agreed that it is intellectually possible for believers to see Allah and that it will actually occur in the Afterlife. They have based their arguments on the Quran, the Sunnah, and the consensus of the Companions, the Tabi'in, and the early generations of the Ummah. They were opposed by the Mu'tazilah, the Khawarij, and some of the Murji'ah, who asserted the impossibility of seeing Allah.
