Is it permissible to kill a neighbor's dog that causes harm with its barking, and would this be considered a sin?

It is permissible to kill a black dog, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Kill every pure black one among them." Its life holds no value when killed. It is recommended to kill a pure black dog, and it is obligatory to kill an aggressive dog. If a dog's barking causes harm to neighbors, then this harm must be removed, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "There should be no harm nor reciprocating harm." Care should be taken not to cause greater harm to the dog's owner when killing it.
