The answer

Allah Almighty's saying: "And Allah is not ashamed of the truth" is part of verse 53 of Surat Al-Ahzab, and its meaning is: that Allah does not refrain from disciplining His servants and clarifying the truth out of shyness. This verse was revealed to teach the Companions and Muslims the etiquette of visiting the Prophet's ﷺ homes, after his marriage feast to Zaynab, when some guests lingered, conversing for a long time. The Prophet ﷺ was too shy to ask them to leave. So Allah revealed the verse to clarify to the believers the proper etiquette towards the Prophet ﷺ, and to show His great attribute of modesty.
