Is it permissible for me to leave my father's house, as he practices ruqyah and sorcery, and seek lawful employment, especially since he prevents me from working?

Accusing a Muslim of sorcery without definitive proof is impermissible, as it is one of the major sins. All money acquired through sorcery is forbidden to benefit from, except in cases of dire necessity. However, if it is mixed with lawful money, it is permissible to benefit from it unless it is known to be the exact unlawful money. We do not advise leaving the home; rather, we recommend staying and honoring your parents, attempting to rectify the wrong with kindness, striving in your studies, advising your father by explaining the gravity of sorcery, seeking help from those who hold a respected position with him, exercising patience, and guiding him towards lawful Ruqyah (Islamic exorcism/healing).
