Is it permissible for a father to lend money to his daughter on condition that she repays it only to her sisters and not to their male brothers?

There are two issues in this case:

First: The father gifting his indebted daughters the debt owed to them. This is a matter of dispute among jurists: - Permissibility: This is the view of the Hanafis and Malikis, and the less preferred but still valid opinion among the Shafi'is. - Impermissibility: This is the view of the Shafi'is and Hanbalis.

Second: Designating some children for a gift: - If it is due to favoritism (preferring without reason): It is not permissible. - If it is for a legal reason (such as need or poverty): It is permissible, and there is no harm in it.

Accordingly, if the designation of the daughters for the gift is due to their poverty or need, while the males are wealthy, then there is no harm in that.
