Is it permissible for a woman to review the Quran with a man over the phone, or is that considered a temptation (fitna)?

The fundamental principle is that a woman should learn from another woman like her. However, if no such woman is available, or if there is a necessity for her to learn from a man, then there is no objection, provided both adhere to the Islamic legal guidelines. Therefore, there is no religious impediment for a woman to recite to a man over the phone, provided there is no fear of temptation and she does not speak in a soft, alluring manner.
