What is the ruling on divorce that occurs in the following situations: saying "don't tell anyone about our problems," then her telling someone, and him divorcing her via a message without extreme anger; then threatening her with divorce for going to her family's house and divorcing her via a message without anger; and finally, threatening her with triple divorce and saying "you are forbidden to me" during extreme anger, and her leaving, and my uttering the divorce?

Anger does not prevent the occurrence of divorce unless it completely removes one's sanity. Writing an explicit divorce without uttering it has the ruling of a kinaya (allusion), and divorce occurs by it if the husband intended it. Based on this, the wife is divorced three times with a major irrevocable divorce, unless the anger had completely removed the husband's sanity, or he did not intend divorce by the messages. It is advised to present the matter to trustworthy scholars.
