The issue of desire between spouses is relative; a man's desire may be stronger than a woman's, and vice versa. These are allotments and provisions from Allah. What helps stimulate a woman's desire is supplicating to Allah Almighty and adhering to the etiquettes of Islam, including what Ibn Qudamah mentioned concerning Umar ibn Abd al-Aziz, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Do not have intercourse with her unless she has experienced a desire similar to yours, so that you do not finish before her." I (Umar) said: "Is that within my control?" He said: "Yes, you kiss her, caress her, and fondle her, and when you see that she has experienced what you have experienced, then you have intercourse with her."
