Does one sin by removing harmful objects from a road if that road is used for disobedience?

The noble Hadith, "Every joint of a person must pay a charity," includes removing harm from the road as a charity. Selling things is originally permissible, but it becomes forbidden to sell them if it is known that the buyer will use them for something unlawful, such as selling grapes to someone who will make wine from them, or selling weapons to those who cause discord and bandits, due to Allah's saying: {And do not cooperate in sin and aggression.}
