Is abortion permissible due to back pain a short time after a C-section, coupled with an inability to care for the children?

Aborting a fetus is prohibited at any stage, unless harm is feared and there is unbearable pain, and the woman wishes to avail herself of the dispensation granted by scholars who permitted it. In such a case, we hope there is no blame upon her. However, if patience and endurance are possible, and she seeks reward from Allah Almighty, that would be better and clearer for her conscience.
