What should a person do if they live in a non-Muslim country where they are prevented from praying, and can only perform the prayer three and a half hours after its time has begun, meaning only thirty minutes before its time expires? Should they combine the prayers, and are they sinful?

If a person is unable to perform prayer at the beginning of its prescribed time at school due to the administration's prohibition and fear of harm, then there is no sin upon him for delaying it until the end of its time. It is not permissible for him to combine prayers as long as he is able to perform each prayer within its designated time. He should strive to find a solution by negotiating with the administration or by transferring, while persistently supplicating to Allah.
