Is it a condition to see the Prophet, or God, or Paradise in a dream to judge a person's righteousness, and does not seeing that imply shortcomings or a lack of divine love?

A righteous vision is part of prophethood and glad tidings, but seeing the Prophet (peace be upon him) in a dream is only possible if he is seen in his true form. It is not a condition for righteousness that a Muslim sees the Prophet (peace be upon him) or Paradise in their dream, because righteousness is achieved through obedience to Allah, piety, and acting in ways that He loves and approves of. The true criterion for righteousness is adherence to His law and steadfastness in His religion, not dreams. Indeed, a person of lesser status may see in their dream what a person of higher status does not see, for true superiority lies in righteous deeds. Dreams should not be made a measure of guidance or misguidence; rather, the measure is following the law of Allah and the Sunnah of His Prophet, in word and deed.
