Is this vision considered a righteous vision, and does it indicate the righteousness of the seer, and does Allah's love for him mean triumph and success?
A good,
and promising dream is an indication of the dreamer's righteousness. Whoever sees a good dream should praise Allah, increase in obedience to Him, and strive against himself and Satan to avoid sin. He should also do more of the deeds that Allah loves so that Allah may love him and fulfill his desires. In the Hadith Qudsi: "My servant continues to draw nearer to Me with supererogatory acts until I love him. When I love him, I am his hearing with which he hears, his sight with which he sees, his hand with which he strikes, and his foot with which he walks. If he asks Me, I will surely give him, and if he seeks refuge in Me, I will surely grant him refuge." Among the deeds that Allah loves are loving for Allah's sake and hating for Allah's sake. Allah the Almighty said: "My love is due to those who love each other for My sake, those who sit together for My sake, and those who visit each other for My sake." Allah does what He wills, whenever He wills, and however He wills. He loves the obedient believer. If the believer does what Allah dislikes, Allah dislikes him, and if he repents, Allah loves him.
