What is the meaning of a tenth of the mother's blood money for the fetus, and to whom is this blood money paid?

The meaning of "one-tenth of the diyah for the mother of the fetus" is to understand the origin of the woman's blood money (diyah) according to Islamic law (50 camels). One-tenth of this (five camels) is the blood money for miscarriage. This blood money belongs to the heirs of the fetus, and the person who caused the miscarriage does not inherit from it. The woman who causes the miscarriage of her fetus is liable for one-tenth of the diyah and expiation (kaffarah).
