If a cow dies before the completion of its slaughter in the halal manner, is it permissible to complete the slaughter, and does its meat remain halal, especially if the intention was for halal slaughter?

For the validity and acceptance of any Sharia-compliant act, two conditions are required: a sound and sincere intention, and the fulfillment of the act's pillars and conditions in accordance with the rulings of Sharia. If an animal dies before the completion of the slaughter and the cutting of the windpipe and esophagus, then its consumption is not permissible, because its death was not due to a Sharia-compliant slaughter; rather, it is carrion (unslaughtered meat).
