The answer

Performing acts of charity and helping the needy is a good deed that should be diligently pursued. Since you are a girl, you must adhere to what is in accordance with Islamic law regarding women. You can appoint one of your mahrams to deliver the charity to those in need. You should not go out for something that someone else can do on your behalf, especially if your parents forbid it. Among the most important means of achieving a good ending are supplication, attending gatherings of goodness, and avoiding environments of disobedience.

A Muslim woman must wear the and avoid displaying her adornments, as Allah has made it obligatory upon her. Allah the Almighty says: "O Prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves [part] of their outer garments. That is more suitable that they will be known and not be abused" (Al-Ahzab: 59). He also forbade displaying adornments, saying: "And do not display yourselves as [was] the display of the former times of ignorance" (Al-Ahzab: 33). The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, warned against the punishment of women who display their adornments, mentioning that they are cursed and among those who will suffer the severest torment on the Day of Judgment, and that they will not enter Paradise nor even perceive its fragrance.
