Is it permissible to watch movies that contain polytheistic stories and ideas?

It is not permissible to watch films that deal with polytheism (shirk), due to the danger they pose to a Muslim's heart. The Prophet (peace be upon him) forbade the circulation of the corrupted Torah. Many Muslims do not possess sufficient knowledge to discern the falsehoods present in such films, which could lead them into doubts and corrupt their beliefs. Furthermore, these films contain forbidden elements such as images of women and music. Recently, films have spread that portray corrupted beliefs or false prophecies, and some Muslims are influenced by them. Therefore, a Muslim must fear Allah and avoid these films, because hearing, sight, and the heart will all be held accountable. Entertainment should be confined to what is lawful according to Islamic law.
