Is there a Hadith reported from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, with the text: "If my Ummah competes (in worldly matters), it falls from the sight of Allah"?

This is part of a Hadith mentioned by Al-Suyuti in Al-Jami' al-Saghir, and its wording is: "When my Ummah glorifies the worldly life, the awe of Islam will be removed from them. And when they abandon enjoining good and forbidding evil, they will be deprived of the blessing of revelation. And when my Ummah curses each other, they will fall from the sight of Allah." This Hadith is weak, as stated by Al-Albani.
