What is the ruling on the prayer of one who prays outside the Sacred Mosque in Mecca, with a main road separating him from the Sacred Mosque, and in front of him are scattered groups? And must he repeat it?

If you pray in the aforementioned place, following the Imam of the Haram based on his voice, the muezzin's voice, or by seeing the worshippers, then your prayer is valid according to the preponderant opinion, and you are not required to repeat it.
